    how can I deal this...

    Hi friends,

Recently it has been a little clear that my girl no longer wants to be close to me.,.
she has started to avoid me and gives silly reasons for everything like not returning my texts...
but I love her truly to this moment.,,
    My feelings have hardly changed.,.
as she wants to move away and stay off...
I want to stop disturbing her....

but we both work in same office..,
and everytime I see her my mind jus goes crazy...
When I look in to her eyes... I feel like she still loves me.,. Am not sure to if am cheating myself...
working in same place i can't completely avoid her...

my career has jus now started and so I can't quit this job...
    help me friends...
my pain goes intense everytime I see her...

I need suggestions so that I don't disturb her anymore....

Prepare yourself for the worst. If shes avoiding you-its over. Start going out with friends, do your own thing, join the gym, spend time with family, concentrate on work, go on a date, whatever. Just try to stay busy. You will get over her. Cut all contact with her though and pretend she doesn't exist. That is the only way to heal emotionally.

If you start ignoring her, being distant, aloof and acting like you dont care and flirt with some girls at work-it may make her come running.

It will take time. You just have to feel the pain and go through the grief slowly before you start to heal. It will be easier and faster if you dont see her at all so avoid her as much as possible

@michelle23 am trying to keep her off from my view to the possible extent...

coming to the point that you said flirt with some other girls and she will come running...

she had been little jealous when I talked to other girls...

Will it work if I act like am closer to other girls...??

You should just act like your moving on, like you dont care at all and your over her. Theres a small chance shell come running back to you but dont get your hopes up. It depends on how long you were together.

If it was only for 6 months, forget it, its over. If it was 6 years-theres a small chance of getting her back.

Flirt a little to try and make her jealous if you want but you shouldnt go out with anyone else until your over her.

This is why many people won't date anyone they work with. Things can get uncomfortable if you break up and have to keep seeing each other. You can still get over. It will just take longer than it would have otherwise. You just have to accept that there will be a difficult adjustment period. Do your best to focus on your work. Try to only talk to her when you have to discuss work related stuff and then keep the conversation focused on work. If you find yourself wanting to go talk to her at work, just remember that you need to make a good impression at the new job and find something work related to occupy you. If you're at home when you want to contact her, go out for a walk and leave your cell phone at home where you can't reach for it. Don't come back until the need to contact her as left you. If you have a hobby to distract you, that may work as well.

    @VerticalMoon thanks for your suggestion...

But today the things have been a little different... We had a little text chat.. When I asked her about why was this happening.. She jus said that she had other problems related to her project...

She has already told many things directly to me... So I asked her if she didnt want me to be there or if she was feeling it to be annoying with my presence in her life...
To this she rejected and said she was jus busy...

Could this really be that she was way too busy... but I see her being cool around with her team mates...

Should I ask her some other way about this...

I have told her many times that whatever it is jus tell me to face...

or should I wait.. and keep in touch with her...

    Am jus way too confused...
