    Why society hate Forever Alones?

Why they look so much down to them (aehem..us)?

Most of my friends that are Forever alone are very tallented, hardwoking and it could be said special. They are strong personalities, successful in their own field and their abilities are often unmatched by their peers. Yet when someone mantion " I have issues finding a girlfriend" everybody thinks "Wow, what a loser! You must be somehow damaged , buddy" etc. Well every reasonable person know it is not true. so many "damaged" people are in relationships and have regular sex.... I had 2 dating coaches recetly. Despite how much effort I added to change me the looked so much down to me. Like I am not eligible.

Well why I lament? One must be fool to expect people act reasonably expecially in matter such as love, dating. Not a girlfriend = loser. easy as it is.

I dont even know why I am writing this. Maybe to relieve some stress.

btw 10-15 % of population did not had sex unwillingly in last 12+ months, 4-5% since thier 18. birthday, 20% of population does not reproduce and god know how many due to unability to find partner. welcome to the society of losers!

I don't know where you're getting this from..... I really couldn't care less whether someone has a partner or not.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.

yes people care. Besides that for many people it is difficult to attend events for couples such as cinema, weekend cottage party...

Sorry, my honesty must have been the wrong answer.

The World Hates You For Being Single. Is that better?

Do you really think other peoples lives are that boring that we spend all our time judging others and wondering why is he/she single? I couldn't give a crap about most of the stuff you have posted. I think most of it is just stereotypical BS that you read in a book somewhere.

Maybe if you stopped wasting your time with all this research about pointless garbage and just go out tonight, introduce yourself to someone and start chatting. Ask her out on a date and see what happens.

All your doing is wasting time. What do you need a mentor for? Seriously! just be yourself.

Well, there are several things: A) You can't be FORTUNATE without the existence of the misfortunate to make your situation so good; the forever alones make the non-forever alones feel a lot better about themselves because they aren't one of us B) we are a good cash source: who else buys "100 Magical Tips To Not Die Alone" books, articles and DVD's? Who else pays for online dating subscriptions, or speed dating meetups? C) They look at the use of Forever Alones from a Malthusian perspective: if we didn't stay alone forever, we might breed and add to population strain (and genetic dilution when thinking about the genetic pool).

Forever Alones are an economic boon, just like the obese and overweight.

Obviously you've not really dealt with 'Murricans in person...This is EXACTLY the sort of thing that 'Murricans fixate over. We're shocked when we find out someone is a Jew or gay, and we wonder why certain folks are single.

    well Young Cosmo,

I quite agree with you with your first two points: A) yes many people do like to compare in order to feel better. Itīs part of our nature. I wish I could tell you "no, you are totally wrong, buddy", but cant.... B) yes, very good targeted segment. Foertunately its very easy to avoid it. Despite gossip. C) noo, I have feeling this could be a little exagered... I believe nobody wishes anything bad... They just have enough own problems. I have never heard of such bigotry anyway... Beside that as I have mentioned, my own experience with Forever Alone is they are much better in other stuff because they have plenty of time and energy to do smt to improve their life hapiness. I wonder why society consider them for damaged so much (in everything in fact...). I have feeling it has smt to do with natural instincts - you are alone - you must be wrong. I felt the same thing about my lonely adult friends as a kid, when I had zero experience with real life. Therefore this must be based mostly on preconceptions. But the truth is people on internet often claim to be: " I am so wierd and goodfornothing". Maybe low self esteem or maybe efficent people dont spend much time on internet.

    basilandthyme:

    - society has preconceptions
    - no, you are wrong because I have none!
    - yes, you are right. You are being doubtlessly honest and you represent society. I now I understand, thank you.

Does this make any sense to you?

    - society has preconceptions
    - I feel no preconceptions. Maybe you meet wrong people or feel wrong about them.
    - could be possible.

    better, isnīt it?

I agree with Basil. I think the only people who really care are the ones who are single. I've known a number of cases where people in relationships have tried setting up their single friends as a means to help. It's not because they hate the fact that their friend is single...just that they're giving their friend an option.
My advice, Brony, is to stop watching outlandish romantic comedy movies and start looking outside in what we call the real world.
