Please Help me...Really depressed and don't know what to do

I been with this girl for about 2 years and we recently broke up for about a month, she was telling me im too controlling, and she wanted to be single for a while...
So after a month, last night I was so bored and I remembered her password for her mail, so I went up and check. (i know this is wrong) I found out that this guy been hitting on my ex for over a year and I barely Know he exist in a month ago... so I found thier conversation, Please read it and tell me what you guys think? Is she dumping me for him? Please help me out.

im sorry that i made you feel that i have forgotten about you while you were away... but the truth is that i never did. since you were gone there was never a day that you didnt run through my mind. I dont know why you couldnt believe me when i said i really missed you. I just hope you can tell me what is going on. And I am especially sorry that I thought of you that way. i regret saying that and even thought of it. I just hope this doesnt change anything between us.
