A really cute thing that my man used as an excuse to touch me was comparing our hand sizes - he looked at my hands and pretended to be amazed, saying like "oh my god, your hands are so small! Seriously, look at this!" And then pressed his hand up against mine. Works better in intimate situations, like if you're trying to flirt for a relationship... if you're trying to get laid, then I would actually recommend trying very hard to NOT touch the girl, instead get really close to her without touching her and just keep flirting verbally... raise the suspense until she's dying for you to touch her, then when you finally do it doesn't matter how you do it, because she's ready for any excuse xD I mean, every chick is different, but that's what gets me every time haha.
