need help dont understand whats happend

ok right am new to this so if its in the wrong place or anythink am sorry well i was with my ex girl and things wher going well then after a week or two she started to distance her self from and i picked up on her and asked her about it she said that she dosent feel ready for a relationship she we stayed to gether for a few more weeks even went a way on holiday for a few days but then when we came back a week later we bothe diced it was best to end it but she had told me that she finds it hard to fall in love becose shes been hurt in the past wich she did tell me about but i wont go in to that but then a few more weeks later i saked her if she thinks we could give it another ago and she said she dosent no how to relply to that

what dose she mean by dont no how to relply to that is it that she means no but she dosent want to tell me no
or is she scared to let me in.

also do you think that she could be distanceing her self becose she likes me and is scared of getting hurt

Whenever a girl says she's not ready for a relationship, believe her. Don't invest anything emotionally. Have sex with her if she's willing, but don't put any effort into it and continue to see others. The "scared of getting hurt" bit is all bullshit.
