Hi,

the thing is, that if I am honest I did it never so much, because actually the girl made almost the first step.
This step sayes to me, that this girl is interresting of me, and so everthing was much easier for me.

But as for now, when I am interresting about a woman and I know she too, but she is not doing the first step...what then...:-)?
I am a shy guy, and so everything is much harder for me.

which phrase are good start to flirting, or start a funny conversation to get know each other better?

You must overcome yourself as being shy and try to get be confidence I guess that will works somehow.

Ask her out on a date and talk to her...that is what everyone one does. Once you get a little more comfortable you can start to do some flirting to make her feel attractive but don't shower her with too much attention. Be a little distant and let her chase you a bit too. This will build sexual tension between you, then after the second date move in for a kiss.

firstly develop some confidence among yourself and talk to her and take her for some kind of shopping or dinner lunch and start sharing your feelings to her surely the day will come when you you will be getting proposed by her.
