Is there an app that would be more or less easy for a newbie to use to design a gazebo?

sketchup, it's the best free design software I've ever used. I've even designed museums on it. To be honest though nothing beats a pencil and paper.

Rhino and ecotect, but that'll be massive overkill for designing a gezebo. SketchUp is easily the best bet, it's not like you need to put in plumbing or insulation or anything. You really don't need complicated software, if any at all.

I've seen plans for decks and such in Home Depot. Check in the lumber section nr. the trellis material.

After three years of studying architecture full time I've designed lots of crappy buildings. Just because all you do with your time is cry and masturbate doesn't mean that's what the rest of us do.

And for future reference, England is one of the countries in Britain (it's the big one just east of Wales) but I'll forgive you or not knowing that since you're from Afghanistan and everything.
