Weekly or Monthly Digest newsletter?

Snap preview of the upcoming newsletter .. plan to send it out weekly for members who have set 'Received email from admin'..

Will it be fine to send out weekly? It will source for the interesting threads over the week and update everyone via email..

How do you set it to receive email from admin? Great idea btw. If you need someone to judge what the interesting threads are, let me know. Im happy to offer my service and wisdom free of charge. Im a member of another 20 forums so i have a vast experience. Also i would like to be a mod because the forum doesnt seem to have any that ive noticed. There seems to be a lot of spammers.
