I really want to increase my breast size. Its hard to decide which is better breast enhancement pill or cream.

Why would you even consider hoaxes like that? Be happy with what you have. The phrase 'The bigger they are, the harder they fall', can certainly be applied here. Besides, If you want a bigger chest, apart from child-rearing, you would need implants. Did you ever think about bigger back problems, bra shopping, etc?

Better to have a look at the other side effects... larger breasts are a side effect, which means it isn't the expected outcome.

Just remember when you hit your 40's your breast increase in size, for some by a lot.

How big (small?) are you breasts?
Unless they are almost non-existent then I wouldn't concern yourself too much.
Not all guys like big breasts. Personally I dislike big breasts and actually like small ones. B cups are great.
