How to deal with the broken heard depression?

How to deal with the broken heard depression? It's very depressive when we're heart broken. What games, movies and other activities you suggest to the heart broken people? Which is better - comedy to get some smiles or sad dramas to see that not only we're broken? Some easy games like Counter Strike or some intellectual games like logo quiz answers?...

For me, it was always something outdoors and with friends. When I was alone, I usually run or go to the gym. When with friends we'd find some activity to do.

My trick was to always keep busy, and address the emotion when I felt I was ready to do so.
