I think women are just as "all over the map" on this topic. I've had some who love it -- definitely wanting me to finish in their mouth every time -- and others who were disgusted and offended.

As for your "issues" with orgasm via oral sex, I don't think it's really an "issue" at all. Don't overthink it... if her giving you head is pleasurable, roll with that and then you'll be able to continue to with sex afterwards.
