Frankly, I wouldn't want to know how many partners my SO has had, but eventually the topic will come up. I really don't think of this as an issue of tolerance, but it would make me uncomfortable if my SO was considerably more promiscuous than I was. That's because I view promiscuity as something immoral and foolish. But that's just my opinion. Most people can respect that; just think, would it bother you if your SO murdered someone or if they have a history of domestic violence?
