I am so damn happy right now! I officially put it up with Coldwell today. Here in my county property is hot! I'm hoping to make 33000 grand on this deal! WAHOO
But Ive had to bust my bootie to get it going and still have a few things left to do...urgh. I have muscles I didnt even know I had, I thought resistance trainging was a *****, this is worse!
So heres hoping this baby sells fast. My brothers home sold in 2 days, and tons others are selling just as quick. 30 days from a firm offer and were moving to Sarasota Florida. Yup Georgia Peach aeint gonna happen. Found out too many things I didnt like afterall. Besides Im more of a beach gal.

A house for 33 grand? That dosn't sound to hot to me. My house would sell for easily $225 grand or more. Hmm.... Sounds like your selling a car, cause that's how much the new car we bought cost, lol.

That's not true, Sombra..houses are more expensive than you think...I mean, unless you're out in the middle of nowhere, then yeah, you could buy several acres and put a mansion in..but I don't think you'd get a very posh mansion on a 700K budget..but I'm probly getting too technical where your post wasn't meant to be taken as literally.
