The answer is so obvious.
He wanted to show you that your body is not the only thing he is interested in.
That's why he asked for "normal" pictures - he may not even want a normal picture.
He just wants you to think that's not all he is about.

If you want respect from the guy and develop some kind of relationship, do not send out naughty pictures because this isn't a way to make someone like you as a person. That was already said, anyway. And if you do something like that, do not send private pictures where you can be recognized, means where your face is on. That way you might find your butt on the internet, at least you are the only person who knows it is yours :-). But don't expect the guy will like you more for this, not so.

Why did he ask for naked pics first? Maybe he wants to see if you are adventurous and have self-confidence. Then why did he ask for clothed pics? Because now he knows you are adventurous, he might want to seriously date you. Some guys need a girl with self-confidence. I'm one of them. I test their self-confidence, and if they pass then I can date them seriously.That's all it is. If I JUST wanted naked pics, I can get all I want from the internet for free.
As for the rest of the jaded replies here, I think that most guys will just trade your sexy pics, but some won't, and some guys ARE nice and simply want to know how confident you are. I happen to be one of the nice guys, though I never ask for sexy pics if I haven't met you in person. It just sends the wrong message.
