2) has two nice and sweet eyes (maybe blue or green color) (but not necessary),
3) is thin (but not necessary),
4) is a good girl with nice character (necessary),
5) doesn't lie (necessary),
6) has a good education (engineer or doctor are excellent levels of education) (necessary),
7) is conscious, and understands what happens around her (strictly necessary),
8) into her heart she has faith, pure innocence, sincerity and no guile (strictly necessary).

My first question is:

Is there this girl? Are there girls like my description?

If the answer is yes, my next question is:

Where can I find this girl? Where must I look for?

OP, You may have set your sights to high. Sounds like you want someone with a core value that is spiritual/ religious. If religion is what you are after, start going to church and religion based social occasions. If it's spiritualism there are groups everywhere for that.

The bit that made me giggle was the level of education. Why do people assume that just because a person isn't interested in higher education they are not intelligent? Another thing I wonder, is these guys specifying education as a necessity, do they intend to raise a family? If so, who is supposed to give up their career?

Yeah, it's a bit weird. It's usually girls who set requirements for their partners education. I've never met a guy who gives a crap about that.
