Funny how sometimes you can spend so long wondering what it is you want and need ... and when you finally do start to work out what those things are, they seem to be out of your reach, and the opportunities have passed.
Such is life.

I am largely a pragmatist... but I have to believe that sometimes things happen for a reason.
<Insert deep and profound statement here>
I am also a pragmatist, but also a pessimist, optomist, and realist.
It just that I seem to mismatch the above with the corresponding situation/time/quandry/anxiety.

I know what I want. I'll have a double cheeseburger, no pickles, no onion. And large fries please.
Hahaha! Please don't even make me think of Subway now. I technically gave up fast food. I've only been once to Maccies and once to Subway this whole year and now for the first time in months I'm having a terrible craving and it feels like the only right thing to eat ever again is a Big Mac. No pickles. No onion. No sauce.
Yes but sometimes knowing what we want, isn't what we need. Unfortunately they don't always go hand in hand.
We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world.

"You can't always get what you want,
but if you try sometime,
you might just find,
That you get what you need."
~ Mick Jagger.
