    Youth or Age?

    Okay peeps;
I've been thinking about this because people keep on asking me about my age and that I tend to look different about it.
    So....
if you had the choice to:
Look Young and have an Old Age...or...or...
Look Old and have a young Age?
    Which would you choose?
To be or not to be?

    Is that the question?

Look young and be young...but that's just the smartass answer.

In which case, look young and be old.

Somehow I knew someone wouldn't answer according to the topic.
To be or not to be?

    Is that the question?

hey i'll be 27 next month! it's not a cursed age! i felt more cursed when i was 20 than i do now. i'm enjoying getting older. it seems like the older i get, the happier i am. it doesn't get any easier and time goes by faster and faster, and boobs get real saggy, but i think it's worth it.

hey Misombra, are you where you wanted to be at 27?
    Just a friendly question, amigo.

    Look older but feel young!
But then again I'm biased as men get better with age like good wine

that's amiga, pero yo te perdono

well, that's a good question. i'm not exactly where i wanted to be when ten years ago but that's because life happens, things change and expectations change. i'm somewhere else and i'm not disappointed. i'm so much further in life than i thought i would be in so many ways, but i wanted to be rich and famous and as of yet, that hasn't happened.

I wonder why anyone would take looking old and lacking the wisdom that comes with the age. I think it's a no brainer, have the wisdom of years of experience, yet never age. But beware, Dorian Gray, for the sins of the soul carry a heavy burden...

Actually, though, I feel like I'm aging gracefully..each year I'm liking myself a little better physically. I know I'll be much improved come my 10-year high school reunion next year. I know one day I'll peak, though, and then go downhill for the rest of the trip, but right now it's not looking like that's happening at 27 (in a couple of weeks), so depression is not in sight just yet.

I'm young in age, yet I feel as if I'm 90.
If I had a choice... I would prefer to look old and feel young.

I guess I only took one interpretation of it...because I'm sure Fawn doesn't want to look 90. I'm also sure I don't want to look 2 years old. I guess within reason...maybe the better question is, how old would you like to look??

haha that is only because you're still young. wait till you get older, you'll regret those words.

as for people in general... well me, i feel that looking around 25 is safe. you have been out of school for a while and established yourself in society. you're no longer an immature young adult. and i'm guessing that at this point, most people are thinking about settling down.
