It's hard to understand because it's so badly written but I guess it means that he thinks you are adorable when you get annoyed and actually quite hot.

It's safe to say that he likes you since guys don't generally give compliments girls they don't like. From what you have told, it's not possible to tell if he likes you more than a friend but it does seem like he's flirting with you. Finding you hot certainly doesn't count out the possibility that he likes you more than a friend.

I would interpret it to mean that he 'likes' you personally. It doesn't sound like the sort of compliment one pays to a woman one doesn't have some feelings for to me.

The (1/2) is for the page number it was a text message. I get this feeling like he's flirting. He broke up with his girlfriend and he changed his relationship status on facebook. But I was talking to him a lot when I broke up with my boyfriend and he was supposed to help me get back with my boyfriend. He was going to be pretending he was my boyfriend but later on he changed his mind and said his ex didn't agree to it. But I still got back to my boyfriend and like a week after he told he got back with his ex but his facebook status still say signle
