Such is life. Will happen quite a bit.
Cheer up dude. Welcome to the forum.
This is what dating is all about.....relationships will come and go, the next one will end and so will the one after that. This is how we perpare ourselves for marriage....we need this experience so we learn from our mistakes, and choose the best mate possible. You sound young, you have your whole life ahead of you, enjoy your youth while it lasts, because marriage is no picnic in the park.
There will be many more where that came from... Sometimes you'll dump, others you'll get dumped. U live U learn...
and the best part is when you wake up and realize WHY it didn't work out and that she really WASN'T right for u at all.
Welcome
Agree with you both smackie9 and ChiaraSays
bt i brokeup recently a month back quite depressed .. nt able to concentrate on other things whole day same thing going in my mind
i need some guidance but will post in another thread and category
Thanks a lot for the warm welcome
I know how you feel with the inability to concentrate.. I too am experiencing similar post-breakup symptoms.
Personally, I tried to meditate and it helped. I just get comfy on the bed, sit cross-legged, close my eyes and try to relax/concentrate on my breathing.
After 20 mins, you'll feel awesome.
It's like a cup of water with dirt and mud in it. When it's constantly stirred/agitated, we can't see clearly at all and we go on stirring and stirring..
Just leave it be, and it will settle. Such is the mindset for meditation.
