Its on Spike TV channel on cable. Unfortunately, WWE runs over, so Ultimate Fighter doesn't start until about 11:15pm or so. Runs till about 12:15am here in the West Coast. Awesome show. It's a reality show based on a group of 12 guys trying to get into the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship for you n00bs)

Either way, this is the 3rd week of the show. It's definitely a man's man show.

Not a fan of wrestling myself. Something about men touching each other and it all being planned sounds weird enough for me to stay clear. The only wrestling I like is when two hot girls are in mud or pudding.

Last I heard, the UFC was a no rules fight between two guys where serious injuries are common. Never actually seen it though, may be wrong.

There ARE rules. No eye gauging, no fish hooking. And the fight stops at a knockout or tap out.

However broken bones, concussions, cuts, torn muscles, etc. are common and allowed.
