What would you consider to be the ultimate and most romantic flirt line ever? Perfect timing for Valentine's too.

I've been constantly on and off with this girl - we intentionally take a few breaks to avoid getting too serious - and I need a perfect line before I kiss her to start things off again. She always jokes that I don't flirt.... well time to lift her off her feet.

Up till now I have three things in mind: intense eye contact, hold her hand, and most importantly, touch her lips with my fingers then move down to her chin, after which I shall proceed to kiss her.

But I still need some content, something to make her say "WOW". Any advice?
