I have no confidence when I go in for a job interview. I'm really shy and I have a hard time making eye contact. It's hard for me to make good eye contact and answer questions effectively. Any advice?

Most people are nervous during job interviews. Do you struggle with confidence in general?
It helps to know the questions they will probably ask and to have answers mentally prepared for them. Maybe a few stories for example, demonstrating your work ethic and competence.

Well, just for the sake of getting confidence, you just have to think that you are already hired by the company.
