Dude I think you're over thinking this simple little issue.

(1) You should be able to tell a male from a female, even if the girl has had a penile implant.
(2) If your girl was hot/attractive: you wouldn't need to solicit for a 3some. I had swinger couples approach me often with the meat I'd bring home.

I mean no offense, but swinger's don't become best friends or like family.
There are (supposed) boundaries BUT the #1 requisite for any 3some:

-She needs to be attractive...
