Stray Kitty

In short:

I'm staying at someone else's place in Amsterdam. She's not here and I have no way to reach her. There are two cats living here. On the way back to the place I heard meowing, and due to me being a sympathetic bitch, I let the stray cat come inside where it's not -5º. Pretty sure it would have frozen to death otherwise.

It seems to be getting along somewhat fine with the other cats, though there have been mild squabbles here and there. We checked the neighborhood directory, and nobody's filed anything about a missing cat.

I'm getting somewhat annoyed, though. I don't want the other cats to catch fleas, but I don't want to just throw it out.

Actually, cold weather only kills adult fleas, but those in the larva or cocoon easily survive in cold weather.

Its fairly obvious if an animal has fleas. That cat wont leave you alone now you let it in the warm and no doubt fed it something.
