Ok I'm not really a stickler about age differences if the two people are on the same maturity level, but I really don't see how a 19year-old and a 49-year-old with a daughter your age can be anywhere on the same page.
Aside from the age difference, he's MARRIED. Get out while you can before you get labeled as the town home wrecker.
