Okay I'm kind of new here. Ok I recently was told by my girlfriend that she needs more time to be single and she wants to be more ready. She did say she still loves me , but I don't know whether to trust her or not. I am really confused right now please help !

Do you mean she needs more time to be single or more time to be by herself, ie not spending as much time with you? There's a difference as the former is kind of taking a break while in the later, she still want to be in a relationship with you, just need more time to herself, which is okay
