    How to fight the stress of dating?

    Everytime I start dating someone, I get stressed out all the time. Just an example, I often times start over analysing actions of that other person and end up stressing out like crazy.

    I really hate the fealing and it doesn't make me feel good about myself that I'm so affected by a person I'm not even in a relationship with...

    Do any of you feel like I do? How do you deal with it?

    It's normal to feel a little bit nervous while dating someone new. It's also good that you analyze the person's action to understand and project the many things that you have not yet known. Otherwise, you can try focusing on your own life, letting things sort themselves out. If not sure or confused about certain situations, you can always ask everyone in this forum or use any search engine to find out why it happened and what you can do.

    Stress and excitement are really the same physiological emotion, but stress is considered a negative feeling, while excitement is considered positive. Maybe you can start to describe yourself as "excited" instead of stressed. It may help you change the way you feel about dating.
    Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?
