By saying "internet slum" you make it sound bad, which would mean that you think that regular slums are bad too. That means you are making a generalization about slums, which I used to live in and moved out of because of my bad experiences (which I won't talk about). I will never live in a slum again, but you should......and don't talk bad about slums because you're perpetuating a stereotype that they are bad.

In the states, you are considered black if your (dark) ancestors came from sub-Sahara Africa, but I have an Arab friend who was raised in South Africa during apartheid, and he was considered black while growing up.
