I like some of the Pet Shop boys songs, but they were never oneof my all time faves.
I do agree that they don't make music like they used to. It's all pop shit that sounds exactly the same. I do enjoy some of that pop shit occasionally, but most of my favorite bands formed no sooner than the 90's.Live as if you were to die tomorrow. The Pet Shop Boys were brilliant. My faves were West End Girls, the one they did with Dusty Springfield, 'What Have I Done To Deserve This' and Paninaro, which is a classic dance anthem here in the UK....or was back in the day. One of the best groups ever IMO.....
