hey mate really nice tattoo. I personally love them, tribal ones like that on lads backs and upper arms are soooo sexy, and i think small tasteful ones on girls in the right places (lower back) look good too...unfortunately my bf hates them lol

I have on on my upper right arm. And I know what I want for my third.
urgh, I agree with Illusional (I'm sure that should never happen) you should get your back checked at least to see the degree of curvature. My sister has scoliosis but hers is severe enough that she may have to have an operation to correct it otherwise her back will be too weak.
I'm loving the tattoo mate! It's well proper!! Ooooo! Hehehehe! I'm designing mine and hopefully it'll be done in about 2 years?! LOL!
Please elaborate on what calisthenics is please.Originally Posted by sfalexi

Nice tat! How long did it take the artist to do it? The work looks great!

Exercising using your own body weight. Pushups, pullups, situps, squat thrusts, sprints, jumping jacks, lunges, etc. are all examples of calisthenics. Just basically not using weights. Often times, it focuses more on a larger amount of repetitions using your body weight instead of low reps with added weight (for example, I might do about 300 pushups or so every other morning while someone lifting weights would use weight, but only do maybe three sets of ten - total of 30 - reps). Please elaborate on what calisthenics is please.
In my mind, calisthenics is easy, you don't have to join a gym, and it works to get you in shape. I may not get as physically BIG as I could if I used weights, but I'm in good shape, healthy, pretty strong and feel good. That's what matters to me rather than putting on more MASS.Took the guy about two hours and forty minutes. I started to bleed a lot in the last area he did and so he said to come back for a touchup in about a month (where he'll just make sure the whole thing is very solid black). They guy is awesome. His reputation preceded him (which is why I chose him), and although a bit costly in rates, the work is top-notch. And for a permanent change to my body like this, I don't wanna skimp.Nice tat! hehe, i remembered when my tat was healing, damn was it itchy. you know what i noticed though, lotion doesn't really seem to help. and never use anything that is scented, like lotions or even be careful of the type of soap you use in the shower. the scented ones still makes me itch.
