    does virginity affect a relationship?

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering...
say you meet this girl you really like, she likes you back. Then she tells you she's still a virgin.
Does it change the way you treat/see her? Will it change any expectations you have?
Or would you say it's all the same?
Do you think it's something positive or is it scary/turn-off (no experience)?

    Thanks xx

Well it won't change the way I see her in anyway. The only thing I'll be conscious about is sleeping with her. I'll make sure we wait as long as she wants and make sure she's comfortable with the whole idea.
and No I don't think its a turn off at all.
Within you I lose myself. Without you I find myself wanting to become lost again.

I agree with Adam....that is basically how I would handle it. Honestly it is kind of nice to meet a virgin anymore....I don't like finding out that the girl I have been dating has been nailed by the entire Yankees ball club or something like that.

Virginity normally only comes in if we're talking about religion and culture. Next to that is being conservative and tolerance. aside from those, it really doesn't matter that much.

It shouldn't matter at all about whether or not you are a virgin. All I know is that if the person doesn't want to be with you due to experience then he doesn't deserve you to begin with then. Everyone starts out as a beginner in something at one point in their lives, so everyone deserves a shot. With time we gain experience so that we can get better at something.

If I discovered that I was dating a virgin, that would definitely lower my expectations, and I would probably bail on the relationship soon. I realize that sounds very drastic, but I'm not interested in dating women younger than mid-20s anymore. Any woman who is at least 24 and still a virgin probably doesn't share my values and we're not going to get along. I think that the kind of guys who are obsessed with virgins are insecure guys who are afraid of being compared with previous lovers. I'm not insecure.

what "values" would you share with a non virgin?
It seems like you have made your mind up already with the "we're not going to get along"

Virgins are not aliens, you retard.

Retard? Are you 12? Or do you just talk like you're 12?
