Should I buy?

    Home Excercise Kit

Does the above look like will do a good job?

I hate running and yoga. These are just boring for me. I need tonning my body, keeping youthfull looking shape and all. Running an internet business means I spend a ridiculous amount of time in front of computer.

Do you reckon the above kit will do a job to keep me fit?

Any althernative anyone can think of?

i think you shouldn't buy that exercise kit since you hate running and yoga and that looks way harder than running and yoga. There are 5 minute exercises on some websites that would probably fit your lifestyle preference. hope this helps!

If you want to keep fit cardio isn't optional.

Gribbles right, if you want to get/stay fit, then cardio is the answer. I personally wouldnt buy that kit.

Don't buy that. It will only sit on your closet and gather dust. Find some way to make cardio fun and stick with it. Running and yoga are not your only options.

Eat a vast quantity of ice cream until you can justify liposuction.

I like the pull up bar, I think that's the only item that you may find useful. Regular pull ups are a great way to build up stamina and it's good for cardio. Everything else in the kit you can do at home by yourself without the accessories.

i think the reason why people hate jogging is because the monotony. the fun things to incorporate on your workout is variety. You should definitely have different exercises from time to time so you don't get bored.

Cycling is fun and you can cover so much more ground than running, so it's not boring.

Rock-climbing is also TONS of fun. It's not good cardio, but once you are in the habit of being active it's easy to switch from an activity like climbing and combine it with something that's good cardio.
