New Orleans Congressman Questions Army Corps Engineers on Delays

Joseph Cao, (pronounced like cow, but with a 'G'), questions army corps of engineers on why it's taking so long to approve the sand barriers to help protect the marshes.

I gotta say, I like this little guy, I'm proud to say I voted him in and voted out that dirty crook that half this retarded city wanted to keep in office.

Also, the Top Kill has been stopped temporarily because they found that the mud they were pumping down was just coming back up with the flow of oil.

i find it hard to believe that with all the off shore drilling they do there is no risk management protocol for this kind of problem.

i was listening on npr that you're gonna have a pretty bad hurricane season this year. that will make this problem much much worse.

They need to pump liquid nitrogen down to firm the area, THEN pump concrete. More LN2 to cure it faster.

And yes, I actually sent a message someplace telling them this. We'll see what happens.
