Hey I gotta ear infection and sinus infection.

I've been doin all the normal stuff, drinking plenty of water, taking tylenol for my temperature, taking the Alka Seltzer for cold during the day and nyquil at night...I've also got as much rest as I can.

I'm not sick enough to warrant going to the dr...at least in my opinion...I usually only go if I'm almost dead.

Does anybody have any good home remedies...like I know a lot of people are into natural medicine and some just know about old school treatments.

Anybody have some good, or at least interesting ones?

I've tried the Neti Pot. It offered temporary relief although its like self drowning yourself. I love hot lemon water and chamomile tea.

well you have to be careful because sometimes those infections go down into your lungs. that's when the suffering gets bad.

a lot of sleep, hot fluids, enormous doses of vitamin c and zinc usually help me. theraflu, the tea stuff, is one of my favorite things. it feels good on the throat and works fast.

Yea I woke up and it has moved into my chest as well.

I don't know what I was thinking yesterday...my temp is up, I didn't mean to put this in off topic...I meant to put this in the health and well being section....could a mod move it for me?...I may be able to do it myself but I don't know how.

I would certainly appreciate it.
