I went out for sake. Not very St. Patty's day, but still fun nonetheless. New York City goes crazy as you know. I had a job interview right near where the parade was that morning and it was INSANE. People were drinking at 11:00 am in the morning and I'm sure didn't stop.

    Happy birthday!

My first piniata I filled for my sons b-day, I had to learn the hard way to NOT fill it with hard candies and lollipops... we did it inside and I was finding the bashed candy pieces stuck to my wood floors for months.

Caramels, jellies and non-hard candies and small toys from now on.

At least you didn't fill it full of molasses coated nuts and host the party at a squirrel farm enclosure.

Could have been the next big Horror Blockbuster.

LOL, it was expensive candy too, gourmet lollipops and stuff. Smashed to smithereens by the little dirt devils...

Don't know those, but sounds good. I'm a caramel and nougat person, myself.
