I do it once or twice a week depending. If I don't have time, I don't do it. If I have time and I'm horny enough, I'll do it. As for a relationship having an effect on how much I do it, I noticed I did it less in the beginning of the relationship I am in now and now I have just about gone back to the way I was before it began. Maybe just a little less.

well i sorta have a question that goes with my answer..
i masturbate about once a day everyday. sometimes more depending on how horney i am i think it is because i dont have a gf at the moment. i dont know about any horror stories, however this is where my question comes in...is there anything wrong with me doing it so often? like health problems for example? or any other problems? if i could get an answer that would be cool. thanx

How often? It has its seasons..some weeks I'll do it daily.. Sometimes I go a couple of weeks without touching it.

I think the official answer is: You know you're doing it too much when it interferes with your everyday life.. as in keeps you from doing your otherwise routine stuff. Then you should probably think about scaling back and if you can't do it on your own, seek help..but if you've got the time, the desire, and it doesn't hurt third parties, I don't see a problem with it.

I masterbate about once or twice daily and 2-3 times on the weekend, but if i do see my girl every night there is no need. If i see her i might still pinch one off. So pretty much about 10 times weekly, 40monthly, and 480 times yearly, so if on average it takes about 5 mins, thats only about 4 hours yearly. Small price to pay
