What does`conscious loving`stand for?How can it influence you and your relationship?

Living in a healthy and fulfilling relationship is one of the most important goals of human being. However, even though everybody wants to achieve it and everybody has a good will to do so in many cases it simply doesn`t happen.
Why? What is the reason for the fail of all the attempts? Sometimes we think that we are so "perfect" that it can`t be out fault. But is it an appropriate way of thinking?

First of all, to be successful in this matter our love has to be conscious. We can`t love people unreasonably. Don`t expect from others things, which they simply can`t give you. In many cases this is the main reason for conflicts. Be conscious! Try to understand what others can and are able to offer you and reasonably expect from them to give you only those things.

I bet you would agree with me, that it doesn`t make any sense to expect from the home-bird person to go with you to every single party in the city...
This kind of behavior will get you anywhere and definitely is not what we call conscious loving...
... it just causes pointless conflicts and tensions.

Remember though that there are many unique relationships in your life... not only ones with your spouse or boyfriend- family, lovers, friends, coworkers, roommates, etc Only when all of them exist in a harmony you can lead a peaceful, happy and fulfilling life.

Conscious loving may be the most powerful and meaningful way to improve your emotional life and spiritual well-being. And it`s so important, isn`t it?

Do you have any other definitions of conscious loving? How it can help you and your relationship? I would be delighted to get to know your opinions...

No. It's one of those that we fight harder to attain, because our genes and hormones tell us to. But it's not that important. If it weren't for said hormones, we could easily do without it.
Time to stop complaining when there is no reason to. Life's good, man.
