LF is the first forum I've posted on where I've let members in on my real life ...

A lot of great responses here. (Haven't been around for awhile, so I just looked at the thread).

I'd agree about the idea of letting people on LF know about my real life, except that I don't know what my real life is...I think the LF crowd sometimes helps me figure out some things about life. Or, at the very least, they at least indulge me as I flail about in "life"--that is, what occurs outside of my front door, a place I don't like very much, called "society."

While participating in LF hasn't gotten me any closer to "Love," the site reminds me that such a concept is possible and exists for others.

There are a few people from LF I'd like to meet because I respect their brains. I came close to meeting an LF member once, but backed out at the last moment. My reclusive nature just wouldn't let it happen. The regrets of life are easier to deal with (and just as memorable) than are the real tragedies and I'd rather not have any more tragedies.
