SORRY BUT I"M GOING TO TRY TO KEEP THIS AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE

So there is this girl that I fancy, for some reason I thought she was the one, and we've been through everything together. Friends, REALLY CLOSE friends, going out, breaking up, getting back together, getting intimate, sleeping together and cuddling (this happened at least like 15-20 times) and everything in between all that.

One day years back, I asked if she wanted to meet somewhere and she was refusing which she has been for a while and I asked why she has been dodging me. She said "Honestly its been boring hanging out with you......."
I tried to keep it from turning into a fight and it turned out being her saying 'she doesn't want to hang out for a while but still never see each other again'

Now at the New Years party when she wished me a Happy New Years she gave me a hug and told me she missed me (I got nervous and just said ah uh and she said you know you wanna say I miss you back kinda playfully)
II thought from the still never see each other again and her hug/playful talk meatn she still had little feelings toward me

I wanted to talk more try to be friends again but turned out she got drunk and ended up making out with like 5 different guys at the party which got me real pissed and put me in the worst mood.

SO my question is...

Do I try to talk to her about New Years night and becoming friends again or just leave her cause obviously she is lustful just looking for a goodtime (possibly using me when she is lonely)???

Thanks everyone I realized I've been wanting to make things right with her but if you knew this girl she flips out on me about everything so apologizing is just going to make it worse!

I'm just gonna forget about her and if she comes back to me I'll be like "Shops Closed!!!!"
