Well it's kinda like that, but psychologically.
Time to stop complaining when there is no reason to. Life's good, man.

I have a simple tactic that's been working wonders.

Meet a cute girl. Get to know her. Bake her something on a special occasion.

She usually says, "Oh, my God! You bake?"

"Sometimes. I'm actually not that big on baking, but I do love cooking."

    "Really? What do you make?"

"All sorts of things. You should come over one night. I'll cook you dinner and we'll watch a movie."

    Girl comes over. We eat.

"Hey, if you liked that you need to stick around for breakfast. That's my specialty."

Girl sticks around. In the morning I send her off with a frozen bagel and a dab of cream cheese.

What would you do if your sister dated a guy like you?

I was being facetious. If you must know the truth, I usually make scotch eggs. I cut one in half and the rest into wedges, then I arrange them on a platter until I come up with something vaguely resembling the sun. I serve those to her in bed and say something corny like, "A little sunshine for my Sunshine."

It isn't the healthiest meal, but it's kind of cool and unique--in the US, anyway. Makes her want to come by again for my dinner and breakfast just to see what other concoctions I'll cook up.

I dunno.. I might be willing to switch teams if Gribble will cook me one of those things. I don't know what it is, but it looks mighty tasty.

Really? I thought that picture was pretty cool. It's nothing special. Eggs and sausage. Typical American breakfast. Only a thousand times better because it's breaded and fried.

Fine. I admit. That's more of a manly man's heart-stopping dish. Homemade crepes, fruit, rose hip jam. Is that getting warmer? Breakfast isn't really my forte. That bagel remark wasn't far off. Who has time to actually cook breakfast?
