no guys i understand about the yougort it has active live cultures that help mainatin the ph balance of the vagina, but if this gal has a frothy white discharge and you can smell it its fishy and smells metallic ( dr call this the wiff test) she most likely has bacteria vaginosis, a common infection that afftects alot of women and can be treated with metrogel. I think she needs to see her ob. with yeats infestions the discharge is cottage chessy and it dosent smell bad and the yourgurt a day for this kepps the dr away.
