sleep walking/talking
This morning i had a call off my friend. He said i had phoned him at 4 am and had a conversation with him, or at least tried to. I was saying something about the weekend, obviously i had woke him up, after 15 or so mins, he hung up as he assumed i was drunk!
Also when i logged onto my laptop, there were various signs i had been online at around 3-4am.
I dont remember any of this, had not had a drink at all, so have come to the conclusion that i was sleep walking.
Its quite a scary feeling, as i have never done this before.
Is there anything you can do to stop yourself sleep walking?
