I have terrible DOMS after doing some exercises . My bf said I should finally start some sport so we did two days ago some... I mean he was standing by and telling me what to do, so I did few things and now it`s like daaamn. I can`t move. I have terrible pain in my belly and neck. I`ve read that people who didn`t do sport since a long time can have this pain even till 5 days. Sooo it`s second day, still 3 days to go. Has anybody here some tip how to get rid of those aches? It`s really disturbing...
