Me and me boyfriend have been together for a year and I think hes gonna get me a promise ring, but he also said that a few months ago.
If he's so serious in our relationship why is he scared and keep waiting?

i'm also asian. i live in hawaii and i'd say that our state is pretty much, hrm... about 60 or so percent asian.
