I'm 20 and have never been in a serious relationship. I have a friend who I'm interested in and I'm fairly sure she's interested in me, I just don't know how to move forward and make that move. Any advice/confidence boost would be great.

Ahh, the first relationship jitters. I remember the days.
What I, personally, would do.. if you talk to her on a regular basis but aren't really hanging out with her just ask her, while engaged in a conversation, "You wanna go out sometime? Grab something to eat or something?" Something along them lines. If she is really into you she's sure to say yes.
If "that move" your referring to is to ask her to go out with you, I recommend you know when the time is right. Don't force the issue, make absolutely SURE she is into you like that. Everytime I've asked a girl out I've just done it while watching a movie with her in my arms, or something along them lines. I've never done it in public, but the girls I've dated wouldn't have liked that.. yours may. Regardless, good luck with it. Let me know how it goes.
