Inexperienced

Normally, when people talk about being "inexperienced", they're referring to sex. I currently have a huge crush on a girl (she has no idea), but I don't think she's ever been in love before (I'm in highschool, by the way). This results in her being really flurtatious without her knowing it, and she gets scared/worried/confused when I'm practically at her command and disposal. What should I do?

Oh its not like she's controlling me. She's worried by the fact that she can, and she takes no advantage over me. I guess I'm inexperienced too, and thats just one of the weaknesses i have to overcome.
