i've been with my current gf for 6 months now and she wants to have sex

i was raised catholic my entire life, and on one hand, i'm very liberal and i don't really believe everything the church preaches, but on the other, i think god wants me to save myself for marriage

what do u think??

I think God wants you to do whatever you want to do... hence the reason for free will.

Besides you're Catholic... doesn't that mean you can do just about anything and ask for forgiveness later?

if you did it knowing you can ask for forgiveness later, then you aren't genuinely asking for forgiveness. you're asking for a "collect $200 and go" pass

hmmm, you know exactly about sins and other stuff related to your Catholic faith.
well, for me sex is about love and not just a game.
if you think you are ready for it and want to do it after you both get married, just tell your GF, explain it to her and ask her for understanding.

I believe in God, and me, myself won't do sex before married. I don't mind when everybody told me as weird or conservative. I just want to save the best for the last.

yes. they consider, "thou shall not commit adultery" to mean no sex other than married people man and woman. it's the same commandment those crazy "god hates gays" people use to justify their idiotic views.

Ahh, so that's why they oppose gay marriage. If gays could marry then their behavior will no longer be sinful and it will be harder to justify to hate them.
