I prefer vanilla.
Sometimes I add malt.
Sometimes I add oreos.
Every now and then I get coffee ice cream, plus oreos? It's delicious.
My brother and I both agree we definitely picked up our love for ice cream from our mother. Though I prefer it in milkshake form.

Cereal and coffee for breakfast.
Maybe a snack at 9 o'clock.
A sandwich or quesadilla from one of the food trucks with chips and a gatorade at lunch.
Drink water all day.
Dinner depends but I have a tendency to fill up.
Doesn't matter it's still in the 80's down here with high humidity and I'm doing physical work. I'll put on some chub during winter when I don't sweat a much, but it'll all come off when the warm weather comes around.
I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum. My metabolism is so fast that its difficult for me to put on weight. I asked my doctor about it as an offhand question at my most recent check-up, so he ran a few tests. He estimated I have to consume roughly 3300 calories a day to gain 1 lb a week. If I still played competitive sports regularly, that figure would be higher.
Lifting is a way to short cut it in a sense since muscle weighs more than fat, but I am already at ~9-10% body fat according to him and going much lower would be unhealthy he said : /

How is that unhealthy? I'm normally a higher BF person. My body tends to prefer 15-16%, I'm 6% right now, I'm perfectly healthy.
A lot of these doctors notions of what is healthy is based on their belief that everyone should be average, but while averages work across a population, individuals are different. There is nothing unhealthy about being 4-8% BF if you are male.

I drink a shake everyday too. I drink it in the morning though.
