Our Datacenter Engineers will be replacing the upstream front end aggregate switch that provides connectivity to the rack level switch to which your server is connected. Engineers have discovered a potentially service impacting hardware issue with this switch, and to ensure continued service must replace it. While we're shooting for the time frame listed, it may be required to performance this maintenance earlier if the switch fails before hand.

Customer Impact: During this maintenance, customer servers will not be reachable on the public network. Private connectivity will not be effected by this maintenance (iSCSI, DNS, NAS, etc).

While the maintenance window is set for an hour, we expect no longer than 10 - 15 minutes of downtime.
