How do I know if this girl is into me or not? Complicated

We're from different countries and met shortly in a third country... We didn't have much time to talk to each other privately but I told her that I like her and would like to get to know her better (just before leaving)... She responded in quite a civilized manner and said that she's sad that we didn't have more time to know each other... We exchanged our e-mail addresses and she said that we'd keep in touch...

When I got back, we exchanged a couple of short messages asking each other about the trip and stuff like that. Then I decided to take a more "radical" step and e-mailed a love poem to her.

She replied, but after more than two weeks or so. Her e-mail was longer this time and she updated me about the things in her life. She apologized for the late reply by saying that she was very busy and also attached two photos of her.

How should I proceed with this? Your feedback is much appreciated.

No love poems please. It's so cheesy! Just talk to her and see what happens. If it's long-distance, then I'd say that's going to be REALLY hard.
